We currently seek an experienced professional for our offices in St. Louis, MO.

As our Payroll Supervisor, you will:

? Develop a productive, team-oriented department that works together for timely preparation and disbursement of payroll documents (checks, tax forms, etc.)

? Ensure the timely, accurate filing of taxes and our compliance with tax guidelines, resolving all issues as they arise

? Supervise the audit of earning codes

? Maintain payroll system records, making necessary changes/updates and ensuring the accuracy of payroll data

? Understand the tax laws for multiple states and assist in the improvement of our processes

This successful candidate must possess a HS diploma/GED, 5-8 years of experience supervising payroll for a multiple state area and proven telephone/customer-service skills. Experience using SQL to write payroll reports and calculate taxes, plus MS Office proficiency are vital. Our preferred candidate will have experience with multiple entities, accounts payable and taxes, plus a Bachelor?s degree in Business or a related field.
