Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

? Part-time role?20-25 hrs per week.

? Administrative HR support including:

? succession planning process (Session C)

? processing HR workflow forms

? processing eAdmin requests for Export Controlled material

? creating presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint

? processing interview invoices

? communications support

? working with payroll to correct out of synch payrolls

? other general office administrative services.

? Create reports with  Oracle  report  writer  to  extract  data  from  the  HR  database.

? Maintain headcount numbers for global organization of 5,000 employees.

? Analyze and  maintain  employee  tracking  (hires,  promotions,  resignations,  transfers).

? Maintain confidentiality of all employee records.

 

RequirementsExcellent computer skills  in  all  MS  Office  products,  including  Excel  &  PowerPoint. Office  administration  experience  with  demonstrated  ability  to  exercise  judgment,  prioritize  work,  and  the  ability  to  work  with  minimum  supervision. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal & team building skills. Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees. Ability to handle multiple priorities and organize work to meet deadlines. Ability to work individually, with little supervision.

 

 

Desired QualificationsAAS Degree or equivalent experience. Human Resources experience. Working knowledge of Oracle, HR Datamart.
