Part-Time, Somerville, MA

 

In our dynamic Human Resources department, you will assist with the candidate recruitment, selection and interview process. Position involves answering incoming ad responses, developing hiring/tracking procedures, evaluating prospective employees, organizing data and training potential leaders. Other responsibilities include participating in goal setting, creating strategies for orientation/training and working with floor supervisors to assist in callers? questions. Must have an excellent understanding of fundraising, sales and lobbying products. Requires some management and recruiting experience, as well as strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. Candidates should be team players with good computer skills.

 

This is a part-time position (25-30 hours per week) during the Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm work week. Some night and evening work required.

 

Salary for this position is hourly in the teens. Strong benefits package includes: health, dental, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and a generous vacation plan.
