Job Description:
Jr. Recruiting Coordinator
THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.
Candidate will be trained to maintain applications and database, to review resumes, schedule interviews, administer and grade tests, assist Account Managers with recruiting activities, administrative duties and projects will also be assigned.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should be pursuing Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or Pre-Law. Prior work experience or internship is a MUST. Experience handling busy phones is a plus. Candidates must possess superior customer service and communications skills, be extremely detailed, well organized, proactive and able to meet deadlines. Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and problem solving. Candidates must be team players. Knowledge of MSW and Outlook is required.
HOURS:
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 2p-8p.
