Payroll Administrator

Payroll Administrator - Burner Systems International, Inc., a Chattanooga, TN based leading manufacturer of components to the appliance industry, has an opening for a Payroll Administrator.  This key position will be part of a six person human resources department team.  Responsibilities include reconciling daily production hours; accurate and timely preparation of payroll for 425 hourly employees weekly and 150 salary employees semi-monthly; reconciling and funding 401k contributions semi-monthly; preparing federal and state payroll tax returns; and time & attendance recordkeeping.  In addition to excellent internal customer service skills, a minimum of three years experience processing hourly and salary payroll in a manufacturing environment; 2 years experience preparing payroll tax returns; and intermediate excel skills are required.  Experience with Optimum Solutions payroll software and accounting for payroll transactions a plus.  We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package.  Please fax your resume to 825.3710 or email to cqueen@burnersystems.com
