We are a Thousand Oaks company seeking a Payroll Specialist/Administrator to be responsible for a variety of payroll functions.  Duties include the following:

 Payroll processing and monitoringBenefits administration including COBRANew hire processingPayroll reports analysisPayroll documents filing and maintenanceHuman resources related functionsOther duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 High School or equivalentMinimum 4 years computerized payroll experienceStrong computer skillsProficient in Word and Excel Knowledge of federal and state labor regulationsAbility to audit, research and reconcile payroll transactionsMust maintain a confidential work environmentMust be service-minded and possess a ?team attitude?Must be able to deal tactfully and respond promptly and professionally to payroll inquiries and issues
