Payroll Administrator/ Human Resource Assistant

A good F.I.T. for this position will be very people and detailed oriented, be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment and truly understand what it takes to deliver excellent customer to our employees and enjoy providing it.

 

Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures timely and accurate payroll processing and database maintenance.Maintains payroll database by verifying and inputting payroll and pay changes. Maintains employee confidence by keeping all information confidentialCreates payroll reports and or excel statistical spreadsheets as needed. Set up and enter new employees into the payroll system.Set up and track al deduction (benefit, direct deposit, etc) for all employeesProcess employee changesTrack all flex- timeReply to employment verification requestBalance and process monthly bills for benefits plans and payroll invoicesRespond to employee questionsFiling

 

There will be other duties as needed

 

Essential Skills and AbilitiesDisplay competency in ADP and Microsoft Office entire suiteDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Planning and Organizational SkillsProblem solving skills

 

Requirements1-3 years experience Process a high school diplomaPrior experience with ADP payroll systems
