Payroll Administrator / Human Resources

  Commercial Real Estate Company is looking for an experienced HR/Payroll Administrator to work in the Corporate Downtown office. Primary focus will be performing the bi-weekly payroll process and assisting in other HR related activities.


Duties include:
?New Hire Processing including pre-employment criteria
?Maintaining employee files
?Processing Bi Weekly payroll for 300+ associates including hourly, salary, union and stipends.
?Auditing time sheets
?Processing changes and terminations.
?Creating Invoices for accounting
?General Ledgers
?Garnishment and child support payments
?Union Dues Payment for 4 unions.
?Working with Field Managers on payroll budgets.
?Prepare Payroll Reports Analysis
?Human Resources related functions as assigned.
?Ability to audit, research and reconcile payroll transactions
?Must be service oriented and posses a team attitude.

Thank you.REQUIREMENTS* Three plus years of successful Payroll experience that includes having a good understanding of Stateand Federal Laws, union H&W processing, Unemployment Compensation and Worker's Compensation, etc. 

* Solid Excel, Word and preferably Millennium
(Ameripay or similar) payroll processing software

* Detailed oriented meeting regular deadlines

* Strong Service orientation skills and be able to assist with payroll analysis projects

* Ability to work with others in problem resolution

* Familiar with benefit administration such as employee medical, dental, life, disability, 401k, FSA, Transit employee deductions
