Payroll Assistant / Human Resource

 

To efficiently manage the administrative details of the Human Resources Department.

DESCRIPTION:

?  Perform administrative duties involving highly confidential and sensitive information, including phone, emails, responding to inquires, scheduling, filing, standard correspondence and expense processing.

?  Provide administrative support to the Human Resources management team. Participate in areas of training and payroll. 

 

?  Provide department support for Human Resources: address in-person inquiries, draft letters/memos, schedule meetings, prepare and distribute materials, sort mail, file, maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, and handle equipment maintenance requests.

?  Assemble orientation packets for new hires.

?  Handle HR accounts payable: review and code invoices, prepare and track vouchers.

?  Perform employment verifications.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

?  Excellent oral and written communication skills.

?  Great interpersonal skills. Professional and discrete.

?  Excellent computer skills (Work, Excel, Power Point)

  ADP Payroll for Windows and E-Time experience.

?  Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.

Experience, and Credentials:

?  Confidential HR administrative experience preferred.

?  1-3 years customer service office experience

?  Secretarial/administrative experience
