Payroll / HRMS Specialist
Anchor Hocking, a division of Global Home Products, located in Lancaster, Ohio is in search of a high energy professional to fill an immediate opening in the Human Resources Department. Anchor Hocking is a leading manufacturer and marketer of consumer and specialty glass products. Qualified candidates will be part of a Human Resources Team that supports manufacturing and distribution operations.
Position responsibilities include administration of a bi-weekly payroll for two US locations, generating ad hoc payroll and human resources reports from HRMS, system administration support, and ad hoc payroll and HRMS projects.
Qualified candidates must have the following:
-A minimum of five years experience in Payroll.
-A BS in Human Resources, an equivalent degree in business related field, or equivalent experience.
-Experience with ADP Enterprise, or other ADP Payroll Applications.
-Experience with EeTime
-Experience generating reports from Report Smith.
Prefer candidates with the following skills or experience:
-Experience working in a unionized Manufacturing or Distribution environment.
