Qualifications

Required

Must have the ability to communicate in both Spanish and English. Written and oral.

Preferred

Keeps organized and updated employee files. Maintains security and confidentiality of employee information. Supports payroll operations by following polices and procedures reporting needed changes.

Expert at resolving difficult conflicts over sensitive or complex issues between groups with opposing agendas and priorities.

Skilled at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports with varying degrees of complexity and detail for management. Provides support to payroll operations by answering questions and requests.

Ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws.

Consummate people skills. Demonstrates talent at interacting effectively with all types of people. Also is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.

Accurate. Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. Updates payroll records by entering changes to exemptions, insurance coverage, savings, deductions and job titles or transfers.

Analyzing information, general math skills, Financial software experience. Attention to detail.

Course work certified as Human Resources Generalist, hold a degree in Human Resources field. Financial Software experience. Accounting/Finace background.
