Job Description: Payroll & Benefits Administrator Department: Human Resources
ADP PC/PW is required along with the benefits experience.
General Summary: Responsible for semi monthly payroll processing utilizing ADP, running reports for management team utilizing ADP, and maintenance of ADP (HRIS system. ) Administration of medical, dental, life, 401 (k), and voluntary insurances. Oversee COBRA process.
Essential Job Functions:
. Administration of various employee benefits programs, such as group life, medical, dental, 401 (k) and voluntary insurances including but not limited to:
o Ensure all forms are available for distribution
o Employees are offered all applicable benefits upon completion of their introductory period
