People Services Operations Director

Key Role: Apply an understanding of the business of service center operations and how they can be leveraged by organizations to deliver quality human resources support. Lead the start-up and be responsible for the ongoing management of a division of Booz Allen’s new global shared services organization focusing on the delivery, support, and management of administrative and operational human resource-related transactions. Provide leadership, vision, and direction in managing the center. Develop business strategies and plans for operational support and continuous process improvement, including the human resources function. Develop service level agreements and monitor their impact on the quality of service. Lead and provide professional development opportunities for a team of approximately 80 staff.



Basic Qualifications:


-10 years of experience with human resources operations


-BA or BS Degree


-Experience with project management


-Experience with staff management


 


Additional Qualifications (Preferred):


-Experience in an international environment


-3 years of experience with shared services


-BA, BS, MBA, MA, or MS degree in Human Resources or a related field


-Experience with supporting human resources technologies


-Knowledge of broad human resources operations and technology subject matter
