Performance Consultant

As a Performance Consultant, your essential job functions will include the following:

 

Re-engineering /Process Mapping ? Lead or support re-engineering efforts.Provide technical expertise needed in organizational redesign or process re-engineering effortsApply organizational effectiveness techniques to re-engineering efforts Apply industrial engineering techniques, statistical tools, and methods such as LEAN to achieve desired resultsLeverage ISO principles for process documentation

 

Analysis ? Conduct analysis to drive decisions related to human resources and organizational development areas.Co-create staffing models and assist in workforce planningCreate efficiency measures and assist in effective implementationConduct cost/benefit analysis for key human resource initiativesConduct intervention analysis for key human resource initiativesDetermine appropriate statistical correlations to drive decision makingPartner with Financial Analysis as needed to conduct various analyses to support strategy

 

Project Management ? Lead or participate on cross-function teams.

 

 

Possible Projects could include:Implement continuous improvement methodologyAssist in developing approach and facilitating process mapping and leveraging knowledge managementLead intranet projectHRIS Other duties as assigned

 

Physical Job Requirements
