We are seeking a professional Permanent Placement Recruiter to join our branch team in Omaha, NE, who can successfully network, source, identify and qualify individuals for a wide range of permanent positions with our clients in the Omaha area.

 

Ideal candidates for the position will possess the following attributes:

 

? 3+ years professional recruiting experience

? College degree or equivalent business experience required

? Search firm experience strongly preferred

? Successful experience recruiting at a national level for candidates that will reside in multiple locations

? Good understanding of the legal and ethical aspects of recruiting and hiring

? Fundamental understanding of terms within the information technology and/ or software engineering fields

? Strong work ethic and ownership orientation for all tasks performed

? Ability to work effectively with non-local and local personnel at all levels of an organization

? Excellent time management and prioritization skills

? Strong relationship building and networking skills

? Ability to multi-task in a fast paced industry and office environment

? Willingness and ability to travel

? Marketing/sales experience is preferred

? Strong computer skills including the ability to leverage the internet to its fullest potential, as well as common desktop applications including MS Office

 

Duties will include:

 

? Market Technisource?s direct placement capabilities and sell our services to new customers.

? Conducting research to identify target organizations in which to resource needed talent

? Conducting pro-active searches into target organizations

? Sourcing and prescreening candidates

? Presentation of Technisource to attract talent and set appropriate expectations

? Creating and maintaining appropriate job postings and advertising materials

? Maintaining a pipeline of candidates for frequently hired positions

? Conducting reference checks

? Negotiating pay rates

? Interviewing potential candidates in person, as required

? Interfacing directly with field managers both on the phone and in person

? Maintaining/documenting productivity reports and metrics
