Personell and Training Coordiantor

Coordinate personnel matters which includes implementation of systems which support employment policy and procedures, training coordination, personnel quality assurance and risk management functions.

?Implements recruitment strategies for hiring personnel, including advertisements in newspapers, websites, educational institutions, job fairs and internal postings

?Implements new employee orientation (monthly), including coordination of pre-employment screening and reference checks. Develops orientation plans and ensures completion and recording in personnel files

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Management or HR related field
