PERSONNEL SUPERVISOR   SelectRemedy is seeking a sharp, motivated, self-starter to join our winning team in our

San Bernardino office.

 

Job Description:

Qualified candidate will be working in a high-volume, team environment while making appropriate hiring and employment decisions using independent judgment to determine the best applicant to represent SelectRemedy.

 

Skills/Requirements:

Responsibilities include delivering customer service to clients needing high quality temporary and regular full-time employees, recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluating potential applicants, and supervising the productivity and efficiency of the temporary associates through follow up and quality control checks. Must be able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands.  Previous staffing/recruiting experience is a plus.  Must be bilingual (Spanish/English).
