The PracticeMatch physician database was created in 1989 to help medical facilities recruit physicians directly, instead of using outside physician search firms.  Our clients are the medical facilities - hospitals, health systems, private practices, clinics & academic institutions throughout the nation who have their own in-house physician recruitment programs. The database is populated with resident and practicing physician CV-style profiles.

Enrollment in the PracticeMatch physician database is free for the physicians.  There is never any cost or obligation for them. 

 

ResponsibilitiesPopulate the database Interview graduating physicians interested in finding a new practice position, in a five minute telephone interview (leads provided) Question physicians on their training, experience, personal background, and practice preferences Enter information into the database based on the physicians? responses Contact previously interviewed physicians and update their information in our database

 

RequirementsAccurate data entry skills & computer literacy Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience in market research/telemarketing and/or customer support Professional Telephone Communication Skills Self-motivation

 

A Successful CandidateWill make 250+ calls per week Is motivated to maximize earnings Has a competitive nature towards being the best Understands marketing concepts Has a proven record of success
