?Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and proactively identify opportunities to meet current and future staffing needs. Manage open positions effectively to ensure all positions are a priority and filled within appropriate timeframes; properly setting expectations with hiring managers to maximize the recruiting experience. Maintain a strong relationship with all 'customers' which includes candidates both internal/external, hiring managers and business partners. Developing candidate pipelines, including head hunting/cold calling, on-line sourcing strategies, job fairs,?employee referrals, etc. Source diverse, qualified candidate pool for open positions through various creative means, including advertising, searching on-line resume databases, Internet postings, networking with professional and community organizations, and colleague referrals. Screening, interviewing, testing, background/reference checking, and offering employment to candidates Collecting, analyzing and reporting on recruiting metrics, including Cost per Hire, Time to Fill, Referral Sources, etc. Managing temporary staffing needs on site, including placement of orders, assuring temp attendance and performance, etc. Negotiating service agreement and rates for staffing agencies, on-line advertising, and related entities
