As a Professional Recruiter, you will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities including; candidate identification, recruitment, and interviewing, working directly with clients as it relates to submitting candidates for review, scheduling and managing the interview process, follow up and closure of searches.

Additional responsibilities to include participating in professional organizations and visiting clients as necessary.  There is an inherent amount of "phone work" to our business including cold call recruiting/sourcing, candidate follow up, and resume screening.
