AMS has opportunities for Professional Recruiters in the following business areas: IT, Operations, Legal, Finance, Risk, Fixed Income, Equities and Private Banking. The role of the Professional Recruiter is to develop and deliver agreed recruitment services to the client in line with agreed Service Levels. Our company is looking to create a highly dynamic, responsive and client-facing recruiting team and it is essential that resourcing best practices and operational excellence is delivered at all times.

 

Responsibilities:

Client Focus

? Create value through responsive recruitment services and the delivery of cost effective results

? Provide client with innovative resourcing options and reduce dependency on third party vendors

? Ensure all job requests are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorization channels and processes

? Produce timely and accurate reporting of activity within their respective business area

? Manage, motivate and monitor vendor relationships

? Participate in any relevant client presentations / review meetings

? Communicate trend fluctuations, business updates and market changes

 

Candidate Focus

? Design sourcing channels in the market place, through candidate networking and utilization of search techniques  

? Utilize all relevant web and database resourcing methods

? Manage multiple recruiting campaigns

? Maintain levels of candidate pipeline and vacancy control through workflow management systems

? Responsible for developing a pro-active and responsive approach to recruitment and candidate management

? Negotiate rates/salaries, match and present candidates within their business areas and ensure all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology

? Recruit at all levels (admin to executive)

 

Team Focus

? Contribute to the growth and development of junior team members

? Ensure a cohesive and highly motivated team environment with responsibility for effective skills transfer and knowledge share

? Collaborate on account reviews, modification of procedure and liaison with middle and back office to provide seamless delivery and service to account


Requirements:

? Minimum of 4-10 years professional recruiting experience with in fast-paced and challenging environment

? Solid experience in high volume recruitment within the permanent/contract market

? Proven track record in delivering effective recruitment solutions

? Experience of designing and implementing resourcing solutions for clients

? Ability to work to with tight deadlines

? Strong product and market knowledge

? Excellent communication and presentation skills

? Strong networking and negotiation skills

? Demonstrates a sense of urgency and follow-up skills

? Full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ability to deliver within it

? Project planning or campaign management experience

? Knowledge of the internet and jobsites and general experience in recruitment advertising

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s Degree

US work authorization
