Professional Recruiting Coordinator

Kelly Services is currently looking to hire a Recruiter / Sourcer for one of our prominent Financial companies located in downtown San Francisco!

Responsibilities:

? Generating a high-volume of high-quality candidates under very tight timelines through various recruiting sources. These candidates should be at all levels, from individual contributors to executive level in a variety of technology and segments and/or industries.

? Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives.

? Develop and maintain prospects in the database.

Qualifications:

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.

? Ability to interact at all levels of the organization with flexibility and a willingness to support multiple functions/business units.

? Good understanding/familiarity with various industry sectors.

? High degree of familiarity with Internet search engines. A portion of this position is Internet research, so savvy web-skills are necessary.

? The ability to be detail-oriented & follow processes consistently & correctly. Strong organizational abilities are essential to this position.

? The ability to multi-task & prioritize many different assignments effectively.

? High degree of familiarity with computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

? A college degree is preferred.

? Previous experience with recruiting/sourcing is necessary.

? Executive or contingency search experience is a plus.

? Previous experience with an internal database is a plus.
