ERP Staffing Solutions Inc. provides Information Technology Consulting and Professional Services throughout North America.  Currently, we work with over 500 of the Fortune 1000 clients throughout the U.S. and Canada.  Our clients include industry leaders in both the public and private sectors. 

 

We are looking for Recruiters to join our Professional Services and Consulting Division.  As a member of the Delivery Team, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for a wide variety of technical requirements.  We are looking for high energy, experienced, and motivated individuals who are able to develop and retain a strong business relationship with our candidates and clients.  This position is ideal for someone who is career minded and is looking for growth opportunities in the IT Professional Services industry. 

 

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  ? Identifying specific IT talent

  ? Candidate relationship building

  ? Creating and building candidate ?best fit? searches

  ? Participating in annual tradeshows

  ? Closing candidates with client offers

  ? Industry networking

  ? Preparing and coordinating candidates for client interviews

  ? Collaborating with Account Executives on sales pursuits

  ? Other duties as assigned

 

The ideal candidate should have:

  ? At least one to five years of previous recruiting/staffing industry experience

  ? Ability to work in a fast pace environment

  ? The ability to effectively relate to candidates

  ? An understanding of the Information Technology/ERP environments is an asset, but not required

  ? Ability to interact with senior level executives

  ? Innovative sourcing strategies 

  ? Excellent communication skills 

  ? High energy level

  ? An ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  ? Excellent computer skills with MS Word and Excel
