Program Manager, Program Operations
The Program Operations Group focuses on the tactics required to effectively implement Enterprise Chief Leadership Office (CLO) initiatives. Analyzes and develops Marketing and Promotions for all Enterprise CLO programs, events and initiatives. Coordinates logistics and administration required to bring Enterprise CLO programs to the masses in an engaging, interactive manner that facilitates collaboration and knowledge sharing among participants.
This position is responsible for managing the logistics of Executive and Leadership Development and Worldwide Learning programs. Duties involve overseeing all program logistics, and participant selection processes.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Identification of opportunities to incorporate new program content to address Countrywide's specific leadership development needs, including culture change and diversity initiatives.
- The ongoing development and successful delivery of leadership development programs through logistical management, and participant interface.
- Partner with Executive and Leadership Development peers on 360-survey administration and other projects as determined by program needs.
- Partner with Enterprise CLO peers on learning and development initiative administration and other projects as determined by specific program needs.
- Supervising Training Coordinators.
