Project Employee, HRIS/Benefits
Position Summary:
Assist members of the HRIS/Benefits Department for 15-20 hours per week from August to February. The position includes assisting in daily administrative/clerical duties which include but not limited to filing, data entry, working with spreadsheets, mailings, telephone inquiries and any special projects as needed.
Major Responsibilities:
? Provide general administrative support to HRIS/Benefits team.
? General clerical duties include, but not limited to: filing, faxing, data entry
? Assist with department and employee analysis
? Assist with department and employee audits
Required Skills/Knowledge:
? Typing 50/WPM
? MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
? PeopleSoft experience a plus but not required
? Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Experience Needed:
? 1-2 years of clerical experience in an office environment preferred but not required
Educational Background Required:
? Current college student a plus
