Apply your financial and process forensics and a meticulous attention to detail to audit the quality of new and updated applications; sift through and straighten tangled processes; and watch like a hawk over our payroll - to make sure that nothing goes out the door unless it's 100% correct! Your broad knowledge of payroll and your ability to track down errors in applications, processes, and payrolls will make you a perfect fit for this challenging position. In your new role you will use your experience and vision to continue our penetration into our chosen target market verticals of technology, financial service, and professional service industries.


As our Quality Auditor, located in San Leandro, CA, your mission will be to provide thorough end-user testing for anything the payroll department or its customers touch - whether new applications, new features, or product updates. We'll look to you to carefully review them, looking for accuracy, effectiveness, and an attractive and functional interface. You will check them against their specifications to make sure that all issues were addressed and all requirements met. Your hands-on experience with PeopleSoft - especially on- and off-cycle payroll and company setup - will be critical as you test new features and upgrades, and monitor payroll and new company setups. Your solid understanding of payroll processing will help you to identify and make recommendations for modifications to our current processes, based on process audits, system enhancements, and your own process audits.
