RECRUITER - CORPORATE/REGIONAL
Responsibilities: Aggressively source, select, and close qualified candidates on a regional basis for sales units and other business units as needed.
Drive and manage applicant flow.
Utilize various online & screening/assessment tools to identify and qualify candidates.
Provide recruiting, interviewing, and selection training to regional field managers.
Handle multiple miscellaneous priorities including: Applicant Tracking System maintenance, background & reference checks, advertising, planning and executing hiring events, and actively participating in various recruiting and HR projects.
Some out-of-state travel required (less than 20%).
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years recruiting/staffing experience.
Previous recruiting experience for a sales/retail organization is preferred.
Internet recruiting experience required.
BA/BS in Human Resources or related field.
Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel as business needs require.
HR Generalist knowledge.
