What you need to know is:
This position is a TELEPHONE-INTENSIVE POSITION. A majority of your time is spent on the telephone talking with candidates and clients. Granted, you will spend time meeting with clients outside the office but most of your time is spent on the phone.You need to understand yourself and your motivations and make sure that this is the best fit for you.
REQUIREMENTS- Candidates MUST have:
-high-energy and TRUE desire to be successful
-demonstrated sales skills
-demonstrated phone skills
-experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred not mandatory)
-experience in recruiting (preferred not mandatory)
Additional requirements:
- able to prioritize projects
- able to learn and be coached
- can work independently
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- enjoys a fast paced environment and is willing to work hard and have fun along the way.
Qualified candidates can expect first years total compensation to range from 60-100K. We are very serious about finding the right person or persons who fit into our company and mesh with our culture. We will create lucrative incentives to bring the right people on board.
