RECRUITER/Human Resources

MessageLabs (www.messagelabs.com) is the world?s leading provider of messaging security and management services to business.  Our US HR team is expanding to support our current growth phase.  We are looking for an energetic, talented and dynamic HR Generalist with strong recruiting experience who is a strategic planner with the ability to multitask, manage a high volume of activity while understanding the business needs and partnering with the hiring managers and HR to fully understand the staffing strategy for the business.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

-  Consulting with managers on hiring process, managing expectations and negotiating deliverables.

-  Creatively source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels (direct sourcing, internet, employee referrals, etc).

-  Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring manager for review.

-  Provide regular progress updates to Human Resources team and hiring managers throughout the process

-  Refine recruiting strategy, as needed.

-  Ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent communication throughout the process.

-  Partner with Human Resources team to create offers based on current job market, extend and negotiate employment offers with candidates by selling both the organization and the position.

-  Complete pre-employment processes according to company's guidelines.

-  Complete special projects, as needed.

 

Qualifications:

 

-  Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle, professional level or agency recruiting experience.

-  Bachelors degree required

-  Solid verbal and written communication skills.

-  Must be personable, approachable and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.

-  Must be innovative, creative and results oriented.

-  Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities.  Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize

-  Ability to address, respond, and follow-up with internal client needs.

-  Relationship management experience a must.

-  Must have excellent interviewing skills.

-  Working knowledge of employment laws.

-  Proficient with Microsoft office suite. Internet search and Applicant Tracking experience a plus.

-  Experience in a fast paced Human Resources environment is preferred.  Technology background a plus!
