Qualifications

This position will primarily be supporting our Commercial Lending line of business, including sales/relationship management, portfolio management & credit analysis.
Recruiting experience in this field is preferred.
5-7 years of recruiting experience utilizing a variety of sources including  cold calling, internet searches, community groups, professional organizations, alumni networks and research.
Familiarity with comparing and evaluating the value of complex compensation, stock and/or benefit programs as they relate to candidate offers.
Possess the ability to collaborate with the business line and HR partners to facilitate sound hiring decisions in a fast paced environment.
Above average verbal and written communication skills to market Citizens Bank to potential applicants. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Peoplesoft desired.

Responsibilities

Utilizing a variety of sources, maintain required staffing levels in assigned areas with a primary focus on Commercial Lending positions within New England. Partner with management team to forecast needs, develop strategies to meet forecasted needs and manage its execution.  This includes sourcing talent, evaluating assessments, coordinating and conducting interviews, negotiating offers and providing a professional and welcoming pre-hire experience. You will also be expected to anticipate staffing needs and to develop a variety of ongoing, proactive sources of talent to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates is maintained. Market Citizens Bank as an Employer of Choice in assigned regions and manage the process of assessing candidates. Some travel required through the New England franchise.
