In this highly visible role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's bottom line by helping us hire top quality Sales and Marketing associates. Using your keen insight into human nature and professional experience, you'll provide proactive support to an energetic and collaborative group of hiring managers that will welcome your support. It's a high-volume recruitment environment, and we're looking for someone who can act as a strategic business partner to our Sales and Marketing division, as well as other areas of the company.

The close-knit HR team you'll join is upbeat, knowledgeable and committed to providing our internal clients with responsive, results-driven staffing solutions. As a recruiter with Freedom Orange County Information, you'll become part of the media industry, which is more than just interesting: it is an industry that delivers a public service and influences our communities.

To be a good fit for this role you'll have a minimum of three years of HR experience in a multi-level organization. We're looking for a self-confident professional with demonstrated success building relationships with hiring managers and staying one step ahead of their needs. A sales mindset would be a huge plus. We'll also look to you to identify ways to improve skills, processes and policies.
