RECRUITERS - OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Samaritan's Purse, a Christian international relief organization, is seeking experienced recruiters for the Operations Christmas Child Project in Charlotte, NC. Working with this project offers the opportunity to be directly involved with a Christian Ministry that brings the joy of Christmas and the love of God to millions of needy children around the world.
Recruiters will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting in a team environment - sourcing, screening, qualifying and closing while maintaining a pipeline of 'ready to hire' candidates throughout the project.
This is a seasonal, contract opportunity available to qualified local candidates who meet the following requirements:
- 2 to 3 years hands-on recruiting or high volume staffing experience.
- In-depth sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessment skills
- Ability to remain focused & on task under fast paced,rapidly changing conditions
- Strong work ethic, high level of self motivation, and willingness to serve others
- Working knowledge of employment and HR practices
- Ability to use a structured interview process & keep accurate,organized records.
Commitment, integrity, flexibility and the ability to work as a team are essential.
