RECRUITING/PLACEMENT COORDINATOR - PART-TIME

HRco, LLP ? A Studley Group Company is seeking a bright, professional individual to join our growing Human Resource placement firm playing a key role supporting our senior staffing consultants.   As a member of our team, you will be in involved in placing advertisements, scheduling interviews and pre-screening candidates on the phone.  Other activities include updating our applicant tracking system, reporting and analysis, and participating in marketing efforts. 

 

This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in recruiting for entrance into the Human Resource field or for a recruiting or customer service professional seeking part-time employment. Some flexibility regarding part-time work schedule exists. 

 

 

Position Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent.  Three plus years? professional experience, preferably in Human Resource, Customer Service or similar experience. Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.  Proficiency with MicroSoft Applications is required. Experience working with an applicant tracking database is helpful.
