We are performing a confidential search for a proven performer within the recruiting arena.  We are considering candidates who have documented success in growing business units and maintaining high activity levels. We are primary focusing on an accounting and finance focus, however will consider proven performers from other disciplines.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven track-record of identifying and sourcing top candidates

* Effective and resourceful techniques beyond databases searching and mining

* 3+ YEARS recruiting experience

* Knowledge of Dallas / Texas market

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Have demonstrated success with both temporary and direct hire placement

* Sales experience ? Marketing recruiting services

* Management Experience

* Training Experience

* Experience placing Accounting, Finance, IT and/or Mortgage  professionals
