RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST - GLOBAL DATA

Bloomberg's HR team seeks an energetic, committed individual to fulfill a
new role in recruiting, with a key focus on sourcing and attracting
high-caliber candidates for our Global Data department. Candidates must
demonstrate the ability to lead and direct the design, development and
implementation of strategic staffing initiatives. Additionally, candidates
must ensure effective recruiting strategies are implemented and appropriate
teams are mobilized for recruiting processes with external and internal
contacts. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of progressive recruiting
and/or human resource experience within a Financial or Professional
Services organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Understand sourcing strategies and tactics for the recruitment of entry
level, mid-level and experienced professionals including university
recruitment, seminars and agency tactics.
* Have highly developed management and leadership skills.
* Have a proven track record championing and facilitating the
implementation of HR and/or Recruiting initiatives.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
