The Principal Financial Group currently has an opportunity available for a Regional Field Recruiter at our location in Phoenix, AZ.

 

As a Regional Field Recruiter, you would be responsible for supporting the development of profitable business centers by participating in all aspects of the recruitment process for producers as well as personal production.  This is a unique opportunity to learn the financial services industry, and grow with a strong company, such as the Principal.  In this select Accelerated Leadership Program, individuals will go through training in three distinct elements including,

? Home Office Education: An in-depth look at Principal Financial Group?s organizations, operations, and systems.

? Self-Study Education programs: Covers all licensing, field education, and training programs.

? Field Experience: Time spent in the participant?s respective field offices with the Regional Managing Directors and their team.

 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 5 years? business-related experience or Master's degree plus 2 years of business-related experience required.  Prior recruiting experience preferred.  Excellent verbal/written communication skills and leadership skills required.  Ability to train and informally lead others is required.  Must be a Registered Representative of Princor Financial Service Corporation.  Appropriate state license is required and NASD Series 7 and 66 must be completed within the first 9 months of employment.  Must have basic computer skills.  Extensive travel is required (up to 75%).
