RETAIL RECRUITER

 

Actively recruit for vacant positions within the Retail division.  Screen, interview, select, and make offers to candidates for entry-level and management positions, such as Retail Clerks, Stock Clerks, Store Management, Truck Drivers, Donation Attendants.  Ensure new hire procedures are completed in a timely manner; create and maintain reports for statistical analysis; conduct/attend job fairs to attract quality candidates.  Some travel may be required within Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.

 

The successful candidate will possess minimum 1 year HR experience, emphasis in recruiting, preferably with some background experience in the retail industry, excellent communication skills and effective marketing abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills ? ability to work with all levels of staff and applicants, ability to assume responsibility, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work and pay attention to detail, self-starter.  Proficient computer skills with Microsoft programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), type minimum 35 WPM with accuracy.  Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent experience desirable.  Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.  Clear speaking voice in order to respond to phone and face-to-face contacts. Present a neat, professional appearance.  Valid California drivers license, auto insurance as required by state law, reliable automobile.
