Real Estate Recruiter

Recruiting position with a well established Real Estate Agency.  This person will also be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and maintaining a current database of active and newly licensed real estate agents; you will be calling and setting up appointments to interview.  Requires strong organizational skills including follow up/follow through. 

 

Identification Process:Utilize internal database to cold-call potential candidatesPlace job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate poolDevelop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified agents - either new licensees or experienced agentsIdentify networking activities such as attending career fairs, professional association meetings and calling on real estate licensing schools

 

Hiring Process:Responsible for screening agents to determine their experience level Conduct office interviews and reference checksSchedule and confirm second interviews for Broker/Owner

 

Educational & Experience Requirements:

 1+ years professional experience in sales, recruiting, telemarketing or customer service environmentPC literate in Windows environment including, MS Suite, CRM Software and must be Internet savvyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and process orientedAbility to multi-task and work in a fast pace environmentSelf-motivated/self-driven, results orientedStrong interpersonal skills and active listening skillsStrong problem solving abilities
