Recruiter

Thorough knowledge and experience (5+ years) in recruiting for contract and permanent positions
Previous experience as an IT / Technical Recruiter, preferably in an agency environment
Experience in being creative/innovative in recruiting techniques, sourcing, and running an efficient desk
The drive to source and find excellent places to find talent in the market place.
The instincts to surface outstanding candidates.
Demonstrated and proven history of growth in volume and revenue
Proven negotiation skills, the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
Strong desire to achieve excellence in sales and work independently.
Ability to work in a fast paced work environment with highly motivated and competitive teammates.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Computer literate, especially in MS Office
Excellent phone skills, highly motivated and personable, possess a strong work ethic and are detail oriented.
Excellent follow through and ability to develop a rapport with candidate base.
