Industry leading recruiting firm with a solid reputation is looking to expand and bring on-board experienced Recruiters or will train sales professionals to be high-performing recruiters. This is an added value consultant partnership role, not merely a sales role.
Recruiter will have unlimited earning potential, six figures income is very attainable. Attend 3-4 major trade shows to solidify client relationships and grow practice. Will provide training for you to attain upward professional growth.
Qualifications for consideration: Must be customer focused with sales or technical sales of services or equipment, understand the ?art of asking questions?, and able to close the deal. Interested candidates can come out of any type of manufacturing environment or professional services.
The initial focus of this position is to support the efforts of Sr. Account Executives in the successful completion of the search assignments conducted on behalf of our clients. This position involves identifying, sourcing, interviewing and evaluating potential candidates that fit our clients? requirements. It further involves the establishment of ongoing business relationships with clients and candidates.
Other functions include identifying potential new client companies and marketing of client opportunities to candidates as well as marketing candidates to client companies. This work entails direct phone contact, utilization of computers and the Internet as well as searching internal company databases and other appropriate sources of information and leads.
It is the responsibility of the Recruiter to develop candidate confidence and serve as that candidate's representative. The Recruiter is expected to develop a referral business. The Recruiter may be assigned research projects and marketing functions or other support functions related to business development.
Recruiters work closely with Sr. Account Executives and Management to accomplish solving client staffing problems. They function as part of a team.

There is extensive orientation, education and training regarding the functions of the position, the industry within which the Recruiter practices, interpersonal skills, interviewing and evaluation, sales practices and relationship building. The position is one of continually escalating responsibility and business involvement.
