Contribute your administrative savvy and problem solving skills to provide quality support and accurate information to our employees and the Company. 

 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

?  Recruit for legal, technical and administrative positions:

o  Collaborate with IE Discovery hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and applicant qualifications.

o  Source candidates using Internet job boards and other creative methods.

o  Conduct phone interviews with applicants.

o  Conduct applicant reference and background checks.

o  Coach managers and supervisors through the recruiting process.

?  Build and maintain relationships with temporary staffing agencies to manage project-related staffing issues.

?  Provide administrative support to department and the Company.

?  Assist employees with policy and other related questions.

?  Assist HR manager with creation of new policies, job descriptions, and special projects as needed.

?  Update and maintain information in human resource database systems and ensure accuracy and completeness of employee files.

?  Serve as backup for benefits and payroll administration.

 YOUR TRACK RECORD



?  Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or other related field with three plus year of work experience in human resources, with at least two years focused on recruiting.

?  Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Access, and knowledge and use of Internet-based recruiting tools are a must.

?  Working knowledge of database applications is a plus.
