POSITION PREREQUISITES:EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL RECRUITER NEEDED TO SUPPORT EDS ACCOUNTS AND BUSINESS LEADERS THROUGH SOURCING, EVALUATING, AND RECOMMENDING LEADERSHIP, PROFESSIONAL, AND IT TECHNICAL CANDIDATES FOR CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AT EDS. KNOWLEDGE OF EDS BUSINESS DIRECTION AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITING IN THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES INDUSTRY HELPFUL. THE EDS RECRUITER RECRUITS ALL DIRECT HIRE EDS EMPLOYEES AND IS THE POINT OF CONTACT FOR ALL TEMP EMPLOYEES BROUGHT IN THROUGH VENDORS BUILDS RELATIONSHIPS IN MARKET TO CREATE A POOL OF CANDIDATES (COLLEGES, PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS, COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, ETC.) ACCESS TO ALL EDS SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, MANAGEMENT DIRECTION AND CORPORATE GOALS FAMILIAR WITH THE MARKET, WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CUSTOMER PROVIDES FOLLOW THROUGH ON THE TALENT LIFE CYCLE: OVERSEES ONBOARDING PROCESS REINFORCES CULTURE/BENEFITS OF COMPANY DURING ACCLIMATION PROCESSES CONDUCTS INTERNAL AGENT SATISFACTION SURVEYS FACILITATES EXIT INTERVIEWS POSITION PREREQUISITES: " EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE - 4 YR. COLLEGE DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. " RECENT SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE RECRUITING ALL LEVELS OF IT PROFESSIONALS. " PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING AND RECOMMENDING RECRUITING PLANS FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE HIRING NEEDS. " EXPERIENCE IN ALL AREAS OF SOURCING SUCH AS THE INTERNET, NETWORKING, EMPLOYEE REFERRALS, AND JOB POSTINGS. " EXPERIENCE IN PROVIDING A PIPELINE OF QUALIFIED CANDIDATES BASED ON HIGH DEMAND SKILL SETS FOR CURRENT NEEDS AND FUTURE SOURCING. " EXPERIENCE IN COORDINATING AND CONDUCTING JOB FAIRS AND OPEN HOUSES. " EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH OTHER HR ORGANIZATIONS (I.E. BENEFITS, COMPENSATION, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, ETC.). " EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH RECRUITING TRACKING SYSTEMS (RESUMIX PREFERRED). HE/SHE WILL WORK WITH RECRUITING LEADERSHIP AND HIRING LEADERS TO DEVELOP AND RECOMMEND RECRUITING PLANS FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE HIRING NEEDS MEETING WITH HIRING LEADERS AND UPDATING THEM ON CURRENT RECRUITING STATUS AS NECESSARY. TO IDENTIFY CANDIDATES, A VARIETY OF SOURCES ARE UTILIZED SUCH AS THE INTERNET, NETWORKING, EMPLOYEE REFERRALS, AND JOB POSTINGS, THE RECRUITER SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN NAVIGATING AND SOURCING CANDIDATES USING ALL OF THE SOURCES LISTED. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT A PIPELINE OF QUALIFIED CANDIDATES BASED ON THE HIGH DEMAND SKILL SETS OF OUR HIRING LEADERS SHOULD BE AVAIL
