Recruiter / Liaison to corporate recruiters

We are currently looking for a candidate to step in as a Recruiter / Liaison to the corporate recruiters.

-The role of this position is to identify where candidates can be found and then informing the corporate recruiters on these findings in order to assist them in their recruiting efforts.

Candidates must have:
--3-5 years of recruiting experience
--at least a Bachelor's degree
--knowledge of several different recruiting resources from Internet sites to networking groups to professional organizations to college career counselors

--This position will involve identifying candidates within several different fields from Engineering to Management to Operations and everything in between.

Experience recruiting within the Transportation, Engineering, Logistics or Warehousing industries is highly recommended but not mandatory.
