We need a talented individual to fill the role of Recruiter. In this position you will be responsible for managing the human capital for an assigned territory which may include the United States and Canada. As we continue to grow, the company's demand for top-quality people grows as well. As a recruiter on the Novelty team you will be expected to provide the best candidates for every position, on time and within budget. This is a high volume recruiting environment with an expectation of 50 telephone interviews per week. You MUST be comfortable with high volume phone work.

This position is based at our support center in Greenfield, IN. Relocation assistance is not available.
