Recruiter, Senior Technical

This position is primarily responsible for sourcing, recruiting and screening/interviewing qualified candidates through the utilization of efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods. Key functions will include consulting with managers, developing an understanding of the skills needed, and participating in the final candidate selection process. Emphasis will be on developing comprehensive and innovative sourcing strategies including direct sourcing and internet for various technical positions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in technical recruiting with an emphasis on high-volume search and research.
- BA/BS in a related field with an emphasis on Human Resources and Industrial Relations or Information Technology preferred.
- HR certification preferred.
- Proven track record in researching and successfully recruiting candidates for difficult-to-fill positions, nationally, on a high-volume basis and using executive search methods.
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal labor laws and guidelines including EEO.
- Knowledge of mortgage banking or information technology terms highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on many projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal/written communications skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to interface with senior management.
