Recruiter (Temporary)
Purpose: 3 to 6 month assignment to assist Eddie Bauer in finding, attracting and selecting top talent for several internal client groups. Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing to closing. Develop candidate generation strategies using multiple sources and recruiting methods; working with hiring mangers to develop candidate profiles and sourcing targets.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Full lifecycle candidate management including required background, reference and employment verifications
Execute creative sourcing / hiring strategies
Actively maintain a working knowledge of corporate roles for primary clients and the job requirements needed to fill those roles
Partner with HR Managers and Compensation re: market salary recommendations and guidelines

EDUCATION / REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5+ years recruiting for corporate exempt-level positions in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated effectiveness in applying best practices in recruiting and staffing in all phases of candidate flow
Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Software and advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.), Lotus Notes experience a plus
