Recruiter for Consulting Firm in San Diego, CA

Bainbridge is a fact-based management consulting firm, seeking to build the organization through recruiting senior level consultants. Because of the growth that Bainbridge wants to attain, there is a need to bring in a recruiter to concentrate solely on the recruiting and hiring process for all levels of the organization (Director, Project Manager, Analyst, and Intern levels). This position would work internally and recruit only at the La Jolla, CA location.

 

 

This position can be designed in one of two ways: Option one is that this recruiter could spend 100% of his/her time on recruiting. This person should have a proven background in recruiting and successfully hiring candidates. Option two is that this recruiter could spend the majority of his/her time recruiting in addition to spending some time on HR work. The person should have both a recruiting and HR background, but he/she would only perform HR work during recruiting downtime. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:Utilize a variety of sources to recruit qualified candidatesMake cold calls and pursue qualified candidates across the USReview and update job descriptions for open positions with the appropriate hiring managerResearch the market for available candidatesScreen candidates to determine who is qualified to move forward in the recruiting processManage the candidate flow process, including coordinating background checks and interviews Assist with the recruitment process, such as soliciting feedback on candidates, communicating between candidates and hiring manager(s) as needed, and other activities to ensure a positive recruiting experience 

 

 

Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree preferredAt least 3 years recruiting experience in a corporate setting (3 - 6 years of experience is preferred)Proven ability to recruit qualified candidatesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with a fast-paced team Knowledge of employment laws Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
