Recruiter to $65k+ - Healthcare

Job Description: A Local Corporation is looking for a Recruiter. A Minimum of four years experience in recruitment or a Degree is required. Must be able to cold call and network, evaluate resumes and assess candidates, interview and train employees. Looking for individuals with strong Interpersonal skills, Professional work ethics, and good written/oral communication skills. Must demonstrate critical thinking, objectivity, flexibility, negotiation skills and good follow up. Will recruit and screen candidates to fill current needs of the organization in all departments, both temporary and full time. Will conduct all interviews and take all new hires through Orientation.
