Systems Resource Group is seeking a highly energetic entrepreneurial minded recruiter to assist in the growth of our North County San Diego office.You will be marketing our consulting and direct staffing services to clients nationwide. Experience with the following areas required:
Consultative selling skills Ability to develop Client database
Extensive cold calling required

Must demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Ability to gain referrals
Ability & demonstrated interest in being a Team Player
Excel in developing long-term professional relationships, both internal as well as external
Consistently achieves quota and often exceeds quotas
Strong organizational skills
Strong closing techniques

Degree is a plus
