* Develop targeted candidate pools through your direct sourcing
and researching efforts.Requirements:
?BA/BS (ideally in related field)
?Years of successful recruitment experience in the areas of financial services or sales, IT, healthcare, medical device, and engineering.

?Excellent communication skills
