Responsibilities:

* Showcase your relationship management skills, establish and

maintain partnerships with field managers and candidates;

* Demonstrate your consultative style, effectively supporting

hiring managers in their hiring efforts;

* Develop targeted candidate pools through your direct sourcing

and researching efforts.Requirements:

 

?BA/BS (ideally in related field)

?Years of successful recruitment experience in the areas of financial services or sales, IT, healthcare, medical device, and engineering.

?Great organization skills

?Excellent communication skills
